Alan L. Swartz has practiced in the areas of corporate
and business law, estate taxation, planning and administration.
He is a former trial attorney in the Office of Chief
Counsel, Internal Revenue Service, Fellow in the American
College of Trust and Estate Counsel and Instructor at
New York University School of Law.
He received a B.S. degree from Boston University, a
J.D. degree, cum laude, from its law school and an LL.M.
degree in Taxation from New York University. He was
the Senior Editor of the Boston University Law Review.
