Paul R. Merlino concentrates his practice in the areas
of pension planning, including ERISA and retirement
and estate planning. With experience in both deferred
compensation and estate planning, Mr. Merlino is especially
well-qualified to advise high net-worth individuals
on their retirement accumulations, the proper planning
for distributions from deferred compensation plans and
sophisticated estate planning techniques.
Mr. Merlino, a contributing author to the Journal of
Pension Planning, received a B.S. degree from Providence
College, an M.S. degree, cum laude, in Taxation from
Bryant College, and a J.D. degree, magna cum laude,
from Suffolk University.
